we know that,

then,

→ Time taken by bake to ready = 1 hours , 15 minutes = 1 : 15

therefore,

→ Time at which cake taken out = 2:30 + 1:15 = 3 : 45 PM (Ans.)

Hence, the cake should be taken out from baking at 3 : 45 PM .
