breakfast ⇒

  • parathas × 2
  • 20 gram butter or 1 bowl of curd
  • glass of milk × 1 ( after 1 hour of breakfast )

lunch ⇒

  • dry dish × 1 ( or wet dish × 2 )
  • chapattis × 2-3
  • sweet × 1

evening ⇒

  • glass of milk × 1
  • bowl of seasonal fruits

dinner ⇒

  • chapattis × 2
  • light dish ( dal ) × 2 bowls
  • sweet × 1
  • milk × 1 ( before sleep )
