A ball is placed inside a box into which it will
fit tightly. If the radius of the ball is 10 cm,
calculate the percentage volume of the box not
occupied by the ball.​

Answer:

The radius of the ball is 10 cm so the diameter is 20 cm and that is the side of the square box (has to be square to contain a sphere.) so the answer to C is 100-52.36=47.64% not occupied by the ball.
