A ball is thrown vertically upwards from the top of a tower with velocity 100m/s .it strikes the pond near the base of the tower after 25s . find the height of tower

GIVEN-

Velocity of the thrown stone=100m/s.
Time it taken to reach the pond=25s.
Therefore,height of the tower= Distance it covered.
i.e Distance=V×T

x = \frac{100m}{s} \times 25s
=2500m answer.
Therefore,Height of the tower is 2500m.
