Work done by gravity is =mgh
M=1kg
H=4m
g=9.8m/sec^2
Therefore work done=1*9.8*4

m=1×10raise to -3

h=4m
w=F×d
F=-gm
F=-9.8×1×10raise to -3

w=9.8×10raise to-3
w= -98×10raise to-2
