at the highest position, ball takes monetary rest. [ momentary rest means body takes rest for very few time of interval then again it starts motion. ]
at highest position, velocity of ball , v = 0
initial velocity of ball , u = 15 m/s [ upward direction]
now, use formula , v² = u² + 2aS
v = 0, u = 15 m/s , a = -g
so, 0 = (15)² - 2 × 10 × S
0 = 225 - 20S
S = 11.25m

hence, it takes momentary rest at 11.25m above from the ground level.
