Here, K.E = P.E = mgh

According to principle of conservation of energy.

= 200 /1000 × 9.8 ×5 = 9.8 joule

K.E at the lowest point = P.E at the highest point

P.E at the highest point = mgh

=\frac{200}{1000} \\ × 9.5 × 5

= 9.8 J

∴ Kinetic Energy when the ball reaches the ground = 9.8 J

Hope this answer helps you
