A ball vertically thrown upwards with a speed of 19.6m/s from the top of a tower returns to earth in 6s .find the height of the tower .by not using the equations of motion..​

Answer:

If ball is thrown upwards,

then it can be derived that,

H = - ut + at^2/2

(u= 19.6 m/s= 2g m/s)

Thus,

H = - 12g + 18g = 6g

Height of tower is 58.8 m
