Answer:The balloon can be expanded up-to 11.35 L.

Explanation:

At 1 bar pressure  volume of the gas = V_1=2.27 L

Volume occupied by gas at 0.2 bar = V_2

P_1=1 bar,P_2=0.2 bar

According to Boyle's law;

PV = constant

P_1V_1=P_2V_2

V_2=\frac{P_1\times V_1}{P_2}=\frac{1 bar\times 2.27}{0.2 bar}=11.35 l

The balloon can be expanded up-to 11.35 L.
