Welcome dear,

● Answer -
130 kgf

● Explaination -
Weight of hot air in balloon
= density × volume
= 100 × 0.4
= 40 kgf

Total weight of hot air & balloon
= 40 + 16
= 56 kgf

Weight of cold air displaced
= volume × density
= 100 × 1.3
= 130 kgf

Therefore, weight of cold air displaced by hot air balloon is 130 kgf.

Hope this helps you...
