HEIGHT ATTAINED BY BALLOON = HEIGHT FROM WHICH STONE COMES DOWN

IN CASE OF BALLOON
u = 0
t = 1 sec
a = 2m/sec ^2

s = ut + 1/2 at^2
s = 0 + 1
s = 1 m

IN CASE OF STONE
u = 0
s = 1 m
a = 9.8 m/sec^2

s = ut + 1/2 at^2
1 = 0 + 4.9 t ^2
t ^2 = 1/4.9
t^2 = 10 / 49

t = √10 / 7

ANSWER = √10 / 7
