Answer:

When balloon is descending                      F is thrust force

                       mg – F = ma                …(i)          When m′ mass is removed ballon start moving up                                    so

                  F – (m – m′)g = (m – m′)a …(ii)

                  From (i) + (ii)

                  mg – (m – m′)g = ma + (m – m′)a

                  m′g = ma + ma – m′a

                  m′(g + a) = 2ma                  m'=2mag+a
