a baloon is moving up from the ground in such a way that its acceleration is linearly decreasing with its height above the ground. it starts from the ground with acceleration 4m/s^2 and with zero initial velocity. uts acceleration becomes zero at a height 3m . the speed of the balloon at a height 1.5m is?

First of all the max. Height of baloon is 1.5 m

Using s = ut + 1/2 a t square calculate time

And then use v= u + at to calculate the speed
Here u =0
