Subject- complain regarding dissatisfactory delivery of toys

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the delivery of electronic toys shipment no. 5600918. The items were dispatched from your company on 25 October 2020 and reached me yesterday i.e. 6 November 2020.

I would like to make a complaint against the quality control and despatch sections of your company because the merchandise I have recieved is so damaged that it is unfit for sale.

Firstly, on opening the package we found that the individual boxes of electronic cars had been ripped apart which we assume has been done intentionally. Consequently, 3 red electronic cars are missing. Moreover, the electrical yo-yos have defective light bulbs.

We hope that as a business you understand the damage this has incurred in our own business, especially when sale season is on. We would appreciate if you could replace the toys. However, if we do not hear from you in 3 days we'll have no alternative but to exercise our right and demand full purchase price of Rs. 7000 we already paid.

Looking forward to a prompt reply.

Yours truly
