Mass of water = 11,000 ounces

Density of water = 0.58\frac{ounce}{in ^{3} }

Volume of water = 11000 ounces * \frac{1 in^{3} }{0.58 ounces}

Volume of water== 18966 in^{3}

Rate at which water fills the bath tub = 72 \frac{in^{3}}{s}

Time taken to fill the bath tub with 11000 ounces of water = 18966 in^{3} * \frac{1 s}{72 in^{3} }  = 263.4 s =263.4 s * \frac{1 min}{60s} = 4.39 min

Therefore, it would take 263.4 s or 4.39 min to fill the tub with 11000 ounces of water.
