If it covers 11km in 500 revolution
then it covers 11km/500 in one revolution

11km/500

= 0.022 km

= 0.022 × 1000

= 22 m

so perimeter of the bicycle wheel is 22m

perimeter of the circle = 2πr

22 = 2×22/7×r

22 = 44/7 × r

22×7/44 = r

7/2 = r

3.5 m = r

so the redius of the circle is = r = 3.5 metre

area of bicycle wheel

= πr²

= 22/7×(3.5)²

= 22/7×12.25

= 22×1.75

= 38.5 m²

so àrea of bicycle wheel is 38.5 square metre
