Without the signature of the President's Signature a bill could not become a law.

A bill is just like a draft proposal for the legislative assembly. There is a whole big process that has to be followed for passing a bill and come out as law. First the bill is read out in the house of parliament that is Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, the bill is read in house by a minister or private in-charge member. After the is introduction done the bill is made to publish in the Official Gazette. The bill is then transferred in the hands of standing committee with the time period of 3months for correction and suggestion then it presented in the house after 3months then it goes for second reading, third reading in the house, then passed to other house then after this it comes out in form of law after the President grants permission by signing the bill.
