★ 0 + 1/2mv² = 0 + 1/2Kx²
★ 1/2 mv² = 1/2Kx²
★ 1/2 × 2Kg × 10² = 1/2 × 2500 × x²
★ 100 = 1250 × X²
★ X² = 100/1250
X = √ 100/1250 = 10/35.35 = 0.28 m
A. compression in spring (X) = 0.28m
