We are given the mass of the iron block as 7.5 kg
We know that ,
Thrust = Force
But ,
force = mg
So , Thrust = mg
= 7.5 × 10
= 75 N

Area of the surface of iron block kept on the table = 12 × 8 = 96 cm² = 0.0096 m²
We know that ,
Pressure = Thrust / Area
= 75 / 0.0096
= 7812.5 Pa
