answer : net reaction force acting on block = 10N

explanation : as you mentioned , A block of mass 1 kg is placed on a rough wedge is fixed on elevator moving upward with constant velocity 2m/s.

so, weight of block applied on wedge = mg = 1kg × 10m/s² = 10N

from Newton's 3rd law ,

action and reaction are of equal in magnitude and directed in opposite directions.

so, weight of block applied on wedge = net reaction force acting on the block by wedge

or, 10 N = net reaction force acting on the block by wedge .

hence, net reaction on the block is 10N
