First find final velocity

v = u + at
= 10 m/s + (3 m/s^2 × 5 s)
= 25 m/s

Final Kinetic energy = 0.5 × mass × (final velocity)^2
= 0.5 × 2 kg × (25 m/s)^2
= 625 Joule

Final kinetic energy of block is 625 Joule
