Apparent weight of block = m(g - a)
= 2kg × (10 - 10) m/s^2
= 0 N

Apparent weight of the block in a lift moving downwards with acceleration equal to 10 m/s^2 is 0. It means there is no normal reaction between block and lift. Block will feel weightlessness.
