Here the normal reaction acting between the block and the plane is equal to the weight of the block. Hence,
R = mg = 37 × 9.8 = 362.6 N
So the static frictional force,
f = μR = 0.3 × 362.6 = 108.78 N
So we have to apply a force greater than 108.78 N to move the block.
