Answer: 3000 cm3

first we have to convert kg into g because the density is also in terms of grams

1kg = 1000g

23.4Kg = 23400g

therefore 7.8 g/cm3 = 23400/volume

on solving the equation

you get volume = 23400/7.8

therefore , volume  = 3000cm3
