Density of wood = height immersed in water/ height of the wood = (1- 3/8) h / h = 5/8 = 0.625 g/ cm^3

kavy: pls mark it as best
VatsalS: Sure
VatsalS: How did this come Density of wood = height immersed in water/ height of the wood
kavy: this is a formulae
