Bouyant force = Weight of object in air - Weight of object in liquid=> Bouyant force = (4 - 3) N = 1N

Buoyant force is the force exerted by liquid on any object ,which is immersed in it......

weight of body outside=4N

weight,when immersed in liquid=3N

this ,shows when the object immersed in water,then it's weight decreses by 1N....

so, buoyant force=1N
