You need to find frequency of the wave.

Frequency= speed / wavelength

= 25/100

= 0.25

That means in every four seconds

Wavelength= 100m

(the distance between two consecutive crust is known as Wavelength)

Velocity = 25m/s

Time period = ?

Velocity = Wavelength/Time period

thus

25m/s = 100m/Time period

Time period = 100m/25m/s

Time period = 4s

Thus the boat bounces up once in every 4s
