A boat covers 25 km upstream and 44 km downstream in 9 hours also it covers 15 km upstream and 22 km downstream in 5 hours. Find the speed of boat in still water and tht of the stream

to find the speed we need to find the sun of distance covered by the boat to the sum of time in which the distance is covered
To find sum of distance
=25+44+15+22 = 106
Now for the time
=9+5 = 14
To find speed
speed = distance / time
speed = 106/14 = 7.57 km / per hour

Thank you for answering ..but its from linear equation in two variables . Unknowm have to be taken as x and y ...Actually it will form 2 equations.i m not able to form the equations ..
