By Archmedis principle, the weight of the floating body is equal to the weight of the water displaced.
The volume of boat that goes inside the water body when some men get on it
= base area * height dipped inside due to their weight
= 3 m * 2 m * 10 m
= 60 m³
weight of water displaced = volume * density =
= 60 m³ * 1000 kg/m³ = 60, 000 kg
