The weight of man will be equal to the weighat of water of equal volume of water displaced by the boat while sinking.

volume of the watar = volume of boat sunk in the water

volume of water = v = 3 x 2 x 0.01 = 0.06 m³

density of water = ρ₀ = 1000 kg/m³

so weight of man = w = weight of the water of volume v  = ρ₀vg

⇒ w = 1000 x 0.06 x 9.81 = 588.6N  or 60 KG.
