Here is your answer dear friend,
============================
let the speed of current is= (y)
let the speed of boat is = (x)

ATQ. case1
2km/1hour = (x-y)
x-y = 2------------------(1)
ATQ. case2
1km/1/6hours. = (x+y)
x+y = 6----------------(2)

By eliminating (1) & (2)
-2y = -4
y = 4/2
y = 2

x=2+4---------(from(1).)
x = 6

So, the boat will take time to go 5km in stationary water is
Distance/speed =Time
5/6 = time
Time = 0.8333....hours
