A Bob of second pendulum is replaced by another Bob of double mass. The new time period will be

time period of second pendulum is given by, T=2\pi\sqrt{\frac{l}{g}}

where, l is length of pendulum, g is acceleration due to gravity.

here it is clear that , time period of second pendulum doesn't depend on mass of bob.

so, if bob is replaced by another bob of double mass. time period remains constant .

e.g., new time period doesn't change and it equals T.
