The body covered the perimeter of a semicircle =>
distance covered = π R = x meter
=> Radius = x / π meters
The displacement is simply the diameter of the semicircle, from the point of departure to the other end of the diameter.
magnitude of the displacement = diameter = 2 x / π meter
Ratio of distance traveled to magnitude of displacement = x / [ 2x/π ]
= π / 2
