if a body falls from rest freely under gravity from a height h, u=0 and acceleration 'a' is replaced by 'g',
therefore,
h = 1/2 gt^2 ( from the second equation of motion)
also,
the first equation will be , v= gt and,
third, v^2 = 2gh
therefore,
h = 1/2 gt^2 ( from the second equation of motion)
also,
