Acceleration =10m/s^2
Distance = 80m
Final velocity (v) =0 (as it would hit the ground)
Let's find it's initial velocity first using third equation of motion
2as= v^2 -u^2
2 (10)(80)= (0)^2 -u^2
1600 = -u^2
u = -40m/s

Using the acceleration formula
a= (v-u)/t
10 =( 0+40)^t
10t = 40
t = 4s.
