if 2/9th of the volume of the body floats above the surface, then this is the exposed volume..

then, the submerged volume is 9/9 - 2/9 , as the remaining will be inside the surface.

which is 7/9..

we have to find the ratio of submerged volume to it's exposed volume.

submerged is 7/9 , where as exposed is 2/9..

now, we will just have to divide the answers...

which is

this will be

\frac{7}{9} \times \frac{9}{2}97×29

9 will be cancelled out..
