initial velocity u=20
final velocity v=0
retardation a= 0.4
using 1st equation of motion ,
v=u+at (where t is time and retardation is negative )
0=20-0.4t
therefore,
t=20/0.4
t=50 s
initial velocity u=20
final velocity v=0
retardation a= 0.4
using 1st equation of motion ,
v=u+at (where t is time and retardation is negative )
0=20-0.4t
therefore,
t=20/0.4
t=50 s
