Answer:

interesting.

v= u -gt

so at 1 sec V is 40 m sec-1

ideally it should continue at this velocity for ever . but once it is near other Gravitation attractions , the Pull force will take it to that planet.

ofcourse also before crossing, it has to encounter resistance and drag of atmospheric gases, clouds etc.

Given : A body is projected up with a velocity 50 m/s.

After one sec acceleration due to gravity disappears

To Find : Body behavior

Solution

A body is projected up with a velocity 50 m/s

After 1 sec velocity of body

using V = U + at

U = 50 m/s

a = -g = - 10 m/s²

t = 1 sec

V = 50 - 10(1)

=> V = 40 m/s

40 m/s  velocity after 1 sec

acceleration due to gravity disappears

so Body will keep moving upward with a velocity of 40 m/s
