Step 1:

The radius of the circular path, r = 11 m

Constant speed of the body moving in a circular path, s = 22 m/s

The distance covered by the moving body, to complete half the circle, is half of the circumference of the circle i.e., distance = 2πr/2 = πr

Time taken, t = Distance / Speed = (22/7 * 11) / 22 = 1.57 s …. (i)

Step 2:

The body is moving to the diametrically opposite  point.

So, here we will consider the distance to be covered as the shortest distance between the two opposite points i.e., the displacement = 2r

And, time taken will be = 1.57 s [from (i)]

Now,  

Avg. Velocity

= Displacement / time

= 2 r / t = (2 * 11) / 1.57

= 14.01 m/s ≈ 14 m/s

Thus, the average velocity of the body when the body moves from a point to the diametrically opposite point is 14 m/s.
