Bro the speed cannot be uniform if the body is moving in circular motion.Circular motion is accelerated and if the motion is accelerated, the motion cannot be uniform as the speed keeps changing.

First of all Velocity= speed + direction

Some object has same speed but is changing direction,i.e., the magnitude(the numerical value) remains same, but its direction changes continuously you got a changing velocity. Since velocity of an object in circular motion(or along any curve) is tangential to its path it keeps changing even if its speed is uniform.
