the velocity of a particle moving on a x axis is given by v=x^2+x where v is in m/s and x is in m.find its acceleration in m/s^2when passing through point x=2m

anuragkumar75: firstly differenciate it and then put the value of x in it. after differentiating you will get 2x+1 and eventually you answer will be 5m/s^2
anuragkumar75: sorry
anuragkumar75: that was wrong
anuragkumar75: as we know that acceleration =v.dv/dx =(x^2+x)(2x+1)=6×5=30m/sec^2
