When Force of 130N is applied the kinetic friction acts in opposite side of the applied force.

So object will experience the resultant force of these.

So resultant force is mass times acceleration=10x10=100.

130 - kinetic friction=100
=>kinetic friction=30N

friction=130-100=30........
