Answer:

We have,

m=1 kg, K=16 N/m

ω=

m

K

for a S.H.M

=

1

16

=4 rad/s

Also,

ω=2πn⇒n=

ω

=

4

=

π

2

Hz.

∴n=

3.14

2

=0.6369 Hz.

The angular frequency of the body is 4rad/s and the frequency of vibration is 0.6369 Hz.

Hence, this is the answer.

ᴡᴇ ʜᴀᴠᴇ,

ᴍ=1 ᴋɢ, ᴋ=16 ɴ/ᴍ

w =  \sqrt{ \frac{k}{m} }

 \sqrt{ \frac{16}{1} }  = 4 \: \frac{rad}{s}

ᴀʟsᴏ,

ω=2πɴ⇒ɴ= w/ 2πω= 4/2π = 2/ π ʜᴢ.

∴ɴ= 2/ 3.142=0.6369 ʜᴢ.
