force acting on the body

velocity of body

applying position time equation

s = ut + 1/2 at²

10 = 1/2 *a*2²

= 1/2 *4*a

10 = 2a

a = 5m/s²

now

force = mass * acceleration

f = (10*5) N

f = 50 N

now applying velocity time equation

v = u+ at

v = 0 + 5*2

v = 10 m/s
