as we know that the kinetic energy on initial position is half MV square so the answer will be 6.4 into 10 to the power 6

an initial position the potential energy of a particle is always minimum. the kinetic energy on the maximum extreme point is always zero and the potential energy will be equals to the kinetic energy at the mean position.
