force (F) = 6 N

initial velocity (u) = 0

distance (s) = 12 meter

to find : time taken

force = mass*acceleration

6 = 1*a

a = 6 m/s²

now, by using 2nd equation of motion

s = ut+1/2at²

12 = 0*t+1/2*6*t²

12 = 0+3t²

t² = 12/3

t² = 4

t = 2 seconds

so, the time taken by the body to move through a distance of 12 meter will be 2 seconds
