Time period of body is 0.04 s.

Given :

Mass of object ,  m=2 \ gm=2\times 10^{-3}\ kg.

Position of object from mean position , x = 0.06 m ( it is not given , so taking in SI units).

Restoring force acting at a position  x , F = 3 N .

We know,

F=k\times x\\3=k\times 0.06\\k=\dfrac{3}{0.06}=50\ N/m.

Now, Time period of a given object doing SHM is :

T=2\times \pi\times \sqrt{\dfrac{m}{k}}

Putting values of m and k in above equation, we get :

T=2\times \dfrac{22}{7}\times \sqrt{\dfrac{2\times 10^{-3}}{50}}=0.04 \ s.
