A body of mass 2 kg is thrown up at a velocity of 10 m/s. Find the kinetic energy of the body at the time of throw
Also find the potential energy of the body at the highest point (value of g=10m/s)​

Answer:

Kinetic energy = 1/2 ×m × v^2

= 1/2 × 2 × 10^2

=100Joule

Now, Potential energy = mgh

suppose it's height= y

therefore , mgh = 2×10×y

=20y Joule

Mass=2kg.

Velocity=10m/s.

So,KE=1/2mv^2.

=1/2×2×10×10

=100J.

Now,PE=mgh

=2×10×1.

=20m/s.
