Mass of body = 200g = 0.2 kg
Initial velocity, u = 5 m/s
Final velocity, v = 17 m/s

Change in momentum = mv - mu = 0.2×17 - 0.2×5 = 3.4 - 1 = 2.4 kg.m/s

Change in momentum is 2.4 kg.m/s

CBSEMP: Amazing asnwrr sir
TPS: Thanks!:)

Change in momentum

= final momentum - initial momentum

= mv2-mv1

We have m=200g=0.2kg

v2=17m/s

v1 =5m/s

change in momentum=0.2kg(17-5)

=0.2(12)

=2.4 kgms^-1
