A body of mass 200g is moving with a velocity of 5m/s. If the velocity of the body changes to 17m/s calculate the change in linear momentum of the body

P = m*ΔV
ΔV = V2 - V1
ΔV = 17 - 5 = 12m/s
P = 0.2*12
P = 2.4 kgm/s

p=mv
p=0.2*12
p=2.4. is the answer according to me
